Saying ‘hello’ to relatable health champions, Nationwide
Nationwide’s health benefits were changing in a big way for their employees. We needed to introduce all of Nationwide’s new tools offered for health improvement while assisting employees in electing new coverage.
With big changes to their health plan, Nationwide needed to find an approachable way to engage with their employees about electing in new health coverage. The goal was to obtain as many new elections as possible leading up to open enrollment.
We illustrated otherwise overwhelming and intimidating health scenarios lead by a ‘health champion family’. Our research gathered the most pressing issues within the company. The stories focused on the steps employees can take with their benefits conveying a sense of emotion and storytelling to help viewers connect with the scenarios.
We created a multi-channel campaign that expanded through a series of explainer videos, email campaigns, print and digital maps, on-campus signage, and a landing page. This resulted in Nationwide’s highest engaging health campaign to date.
