Nationwide Insurance’s health benefits were changing in a big way for their employees.
To help introduce new benefits in an approachable and simple way, we created a new campaign centered around ‘Joe and Family’, relatable health champions to teach employees about their new benefits.
We designed approachable and fun illustrations to depict otherwise overwhelming and intimidating scenarios.
The stories focus on all the steps an employee can take to engage with their benefits and conveys a sense of emotion and storytelling.
Through a campaign that expanded through multiple videos, an email campaign, printed media maps, a landing page experience and on-campus signage, we delivered Nationwide’s highest engaging health campaign to date.
